Stairs, Socializing, and My First Ball

Stairs, Socializing, and My First Ball

I had a very busy day exploring the world beyond the farm. My trainer took me out for some social work, and I even got to play ball with my brothers for the very first time! I’ll be honest, I wasn't quite sure what to do with a rolling ball at first, but I had a blast trying to figure it out. The biggest challenge today was the backyard stairs. It took me a few tries to find my footing, but I kept at it until I mastered going up and down. After all that work and being introduced to my new kennel, I’m feeling pretty exhausted. It’s a lot of learning for one day, but I’m taking it all in stride. 🎾

From the Farm to the Big City

From the Farm to the Big City

Today was the start of a very big adventure. I said one last goodbye to my litter mates at the farm in Indiana before Baxter and I loaded into the car for the long trip to Michigan. My trainer told me I was a natural traveler! It was my first time in a vehicle, but I kept my cool and relaxed while the miles went by. I’m feeling brave and curious about everything new I’m seeing. Now that I’ve arrived, I’m ready to start getting used to my new routine. It’s a lot of change for a farm girl, but I’m handling it with plenty of poise.
